Another way to quit your smoking habit is to get yourself a journal.
In your journal, you want to record every scenario where you smoke. After awhile, you will find a pattern of times when you do smoke and when you don’t smoke.
For example, you might have a pattern of smoking cigarettes when you are drinking at a certain bar. Or you may smoke after you have a really good pizza.
Whatever those triggering situations are, you want to write it down.
once you write it down, you will be more aware of what triggers you to smoke. After that, you want to find a way to AVOID those scenarios or have another replacement when you are in those situations.
