Stop Smoking Forever

Just wondering!!!! if so i wont advise them to stop smoking :PLOL
sometimes i think that they know the consequences of smoking why should i tell them

I am a smoker, and I want every little reason on why I should quit smoking.
I wouldn’t say that it’s a healthy habit, but I personally believe that just how bad it is is blown way out of proportion.

During the Roaring 20’s & WWII, everyone smoked. If they were all dropping like flies, you’d think someone would notice.

When a doctor (a highly educated and well respected individual) tells you that if you keep smoking you’ll get cancer – how is that different from a placebo?

I smoked 1 1/2 packs a day and I had my last cigarette this morning around 9:30-10:00 (only had 4 before that). Around 7:30p.m. I started feeling dizzy and a little nauseous. With in about 10 mins I started to feel a sharp pain in my chest when I breathed in then it stopped. The pain has come back twice within the hour.
