How long does it take for your body to go back to normal after quit smoking?

Ok I quit around December.I want to know how long it takes for your body to go back to normal after you quit smoking? Because sometimes I get shortness of breath

How do you stop from gaining weight? Last time I quit I gained 40 lbs in one year. I was sick of being a hoss and started smoking again. I lost the weight. Now I quit again and am on an exercise program, but I still have urges to eat more. Are there any pills that suppress your appetite?

Another way to quit your smoking habit is to get yourself a journal.

In your journal, you want to record every scenario where you smoke. After awhile, you will find a pattern of times when you do smoke and when you don’t smoke.

Whatever those triggering situations are, you want to write it down.

When do you start feeling healthier after quitting smoking?

I have quit smoking a week tomorow and wanted to know when will i start felling the benefits of stopping and how long will it take ?? Currently have sore throat and cough but i know this is normal.
I stopped smoking 19 months ago and I don’t feel much different except 2.5 stones heavier

Why do smokers go back to smoking after they had successfully quit?

In order to better understand the psyche of the smoker, I would like to hear from people who had successfully quit smoking and then started back. There is a lot that can be learned from your input.

In my experience, there are two main reasons that people go back to smoking
