Is there a quick easy way to quit smoking without withdrawal symptoms?

I smoke 2 packs a day.
I quit cold turkey and boy was it miserable! That was 15 years ago and Ive never looked back. 2 packs a day is really a strong habit. You know there are the gums and patches and nasal sprays that contain nicotine and many people do have luck quitting with these methods. i was thinking, tho, that in your case maybe hypnosis would work.i don’t know if this link is any good but it looked interesting. How you people are feeling now after quit smoking ?

I would like to get answer from the persons who have quit smoking for more than 2-3 months,
Please share your experiences.
i have beter health at all.
i have beter body odour than before.
i can have more frequent sex than be 4
i have more fresh lung to inspirate air. Now i can have more miles for my aerobics exercise. the conclusions not smoking is beter than smoking.

I quit smoking and now i sleep more then ever before why?

I had an addiction to smoking. My therapist said that a beautiful woman like me should not be smoking under any circumstance. then i quit and now im getting more sleep then ever why?

What are good ways to quit smoking?

I’m 28 almost 29 weeks pregnant and I haven’t gotten the courage to quit smoking till now. I know I should have quit before this but everything has been stressful for me. So what are some good ways to quit? Any input would be nice and please no rude comments I get those enough from my family.

How do you quit smoking without using the patch or gum?

I’m thinking about quitting smoking. I know I want to quit within the next 2 years. The only thing is that I really enjoy smoking. I smoke roughly 15 a day. I would like to know how to quit without using the patch or gum. I can’t quit all at once but would like to ease into it by smoking less and less. So what I really need to know also is…
